Items That Cannot Be Returned

All our products fall under “Hygiene, Health and Personal Care” categories and are non-returnable once delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged or leaked during transit

Defective or expired

Incorrect (wrong item sent)


…we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

The original packaging


Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back (if required).

If your product is:

Broken, spilled, or tampered with

Not what you ordered

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your return or replacement request has been processed.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

International Orders (EU Customers)
